The African Palliative Care Association (APCA) is a pan-African membership organisation founded in 2004 and headquartered at Plot 95, Dr. Gibbons Road, Makindye, Kampala, Uganda. APCA ensures that palliative and comprehensive chronic care is widely understood, integrated into health systems at all levels, and underpinned by evidence to reduce pain and suffering across Africa.
