Coca-Cola Beverages Uganda Limited (CCBU) is the Ugandan subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottler in Africa accounting for 40% of all Coca-Cola volumes on the continent. Formed in 2022 through the amalgamation of Rwenzori Bottling Company Limited and Century Bottling Company, CCBU has a 24-year track record in Uganda, operating 3 plants, offering 12 brands and employing 894 people. Recognised as a Top Employer in Uganda for 2025 and 2026, CCBU also owns and runs Plastic Recycling Industries (PRI), the country's leading plastics collection and recycling operation, and has invested US$10 million in a Rwenzori mineral water line (2019) and US$27 million in a PET line at Namanve (2023). CCBA operates in 14 African markets. Uganda operations are led by Emmy Hashakimana.
