GAIN Uganda is the country office of the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), a Swiss-based foundation launched at the United Nations in 2002 to tackle malnutrition. Established in Uganda in 2007, GAIN Uganda works in alignment with Uganda Vision 2040 and the Uganda Nutrition Action Plan II to address undernutrition, micronutrient deficiencies and diet-related non-communicable diseases through food fortification, biofortification, food safety, MSME strengthening and consumer behaviour change. The Uganda office is located at Plot 9, Kyambogo View Road, Minister's Village, Ntinda, Kampala.
