St. Francis Health Care Services (SFHCS) is a registered community Non-Governmental Organization (Reg. INDR30331878NB) operating since 1998, originally established as an HIV & AIDS clinic. The organization provides affordable and inclusive healthcare, economic empowerment, food security and nutrition, child protection and youth empowerment services to the most marginalized and last-mile communities in Eastern and Central Uganda. SFHCS is an affiliate of the US-based Nile AIDS Project and is governed by a 10-member Board with a five-department management structure.
