Millies Ingredients is hiring an Accountant on a Full-Time basis in Uganda to manage financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, audits, inventory and cash flow. The role provides financial insights to support business decisions in the baking ingredients sector.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports, budgets and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory tax obligations, EFRIS requirements and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor inventory, cash flow, customer accounts and profitability, providing financial insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field, with at least CPA level II.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience with practical knowledge of tax compliance, EFRIS, budgeting, payroll and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
