Stabex International is looking for analytical and detail-oriented individuals to join the team as Audit Trainees. This is a full-time role based in Uganda for two (2) positions. The successful candidates will launch their careers in audit within a dynamic oil marketing company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in audit, accounting, and finance-related activities.
• Support analytical and problem-solving tasks across financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members and work under supervision to meet deadlines.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• First Class Degree or Second Class Upper Degree with a minimum CGPA of 4.00 in one of the following: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting Option).
• Must have completed at least CPA Level I.
• At least one (1) year of relevant working experience in audit, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, work under supervision, and meet deadlines.
