Prudential Assurance Uganda Limited is recruiting ambitious, results-driven individuals to drive Bancassurance excellence as part of its Bancassurance Sales Team. This is a full-time sales opportunity deployed across multiple regions in Uganda. Candidates must specify the area they are applying for.

Coverage Areas:

• Central Region: Kampala, Entebbe, Masaka, Mpigi, Kayunga, Mukono, Mubende, Mityana, Bweyale
• Northern Region: Arua, Gulu, Adjumani, Lira, Dokolo, Isingiro, Paidha, Kitgum
• East/West Region: Mbale, Lyantonde, Fort Portal, Ishaka, Tororo, Hoima, Masindi, Jinja, Soroti, Rushere, Palisa, Ntungamo, Mbale

Employment type: Full Time. Duty station depends on selected area. No salary disclosed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive Bancassurance sales and excellence as part of the winning team.
• Build and manage client relationships through bank partnership channels.
• Promote Prudential life and health insurance products to bank customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to growth in the designated area.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Previous sales experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Ambitious, results-driven, and able to work in the listed regional areas.
