Job Details

The Business Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive business growth, improve efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and support the profitability of BERYL QOUTURE, a luxury fashion house. This is a full-time position based in Kampala. Work Hours: 8 hours per day. Base Salary: Not Disclosed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor sales, expenses, budgets, and overall business performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
• Support pricing, product development, and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate teams and ensure employees work toward company objectives.
• Prepare business performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Uphold the brand's standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Fashion Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business or operations management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, financial, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of luxury customer expectations is an advantage.
• Level of Education: Bachelor degree.
• Experience: 12 months.
