Job Details
Donswift Company Ltd is hiring Credit Officers on a full-time basis. The role is based at Aston Mall, Level 3, No. 8, Ntinda, Kiwatule Road, Kampala. The officers will evaluate and process loan applications across logbook, business, civil servant and LPO financing and manage the full loan portfolio from disbursement to recovery. Base salary not disclosed. Work hours: 8 hours.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process loan applications across logbook, business, civil servant and LPO financing.
- Conduct credit appraisal and due diligence to assess repayment capacity, borrower risk and collateral.
- Manage the loan portfolio through disbursement, customer follow-up, repayment monitoring and recovery of overdue loans.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Experience in logbook loans, business loans, civil servant loans, LPO financing or similar lending products.
- At least 2 years of experience in credit or lending.
- Ability to assess repayment capacity, risk and collateral effectively.
