Job Details
Hugamara is hiring a Customer Relations Officer to handle customer interactions for its restaurant operations. Employment is Full Time based in Uganda (Kampala). Hiring is on a rolling basis – apply ASAP. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally
- Providing customer service with attention to detail
- Operating basic computer / POS system
- Demonstrating knowledge of the restaurant's menu to assist customers
