With six locations at Buganda Road (Plot 69-71, Kampala – Head Office), Bweyogerere (Kampala-Jinja Hwy), Entebbe (Plot 73-75 Kitooro Road), Jinja (Plot 35 Clive West/Nalufenya Road), Kira (Mbogo Road 1) and Naalya (Plot 826 Naalya Lane), Case Clinic ensures accessible, reliable and compassionate care close to patients. For this role, dentists will be based in the dental units of Case Clinic Kira, Case Clinic Bweyogerere and Case Clinic Jinja, working within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses and support staff.
Job Details
Case Medical Services is hiring Dentists to provide comprehensive dental and oral health services across its Case Clinic network. The role is full-time and may be assigned to any of the three duty stations: Case Clinic Kira, Case Clinic Bweyogerere, and Case Clinic Jinja (flexible deployment across these sites). The dentists will report clinically within the Case Clinic structure and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety and documentation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care and oral health services to patients.
- Conduct dental examinations, diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Perform dental procedures including extractions, fillings and other oral healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team and support immunization, outpatient and inpatient workflows as required.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of dental instruments and dental X-ray equipment.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, infection prevention and ethical standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent dental qualification.
- Valid practicing license from the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC).
- Relevant clinical experience in dental practice.
- Strong dental clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent patient communication, counselling and care skills.
- Ability to work at any of the clinic locations (Kira, Bweyogerere, Jinja) and within a 24/7 service environment.
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and record-keeping.
