About Dalilang Foods & Beverages
Dalilang Foods & Beverages is a Ugandan FMCG manufacturer producing potato crisps, gonja chips, coated peanuts and natural peanut butter, alongside spring water, fruit nectars and energy drinks. The company started in 2014 to replace imported snacks with fresh, locally-made products, sourcing directly from Ugandan farmers. Raw materials are graded on intake, washed, processed in short batches in a hygienic, food-grade plant, and sealed the same day for freshness. Its mission is to deliver consistently high quality packaged snacks and beverages under strict hygiene and food safety standards, with values of Quality First, Community Empowerment, Integrity, and Innovation. For an Environmental & Waste Management Assistant, this means working at the heart of food safety, hygiene, and sustainability operations — protecting product integrity, farmer-supplied raw materials, and the surrounding environment.
