Job Details

Avanti Energy Services Limited is recruiting 18 Fresh Graduate Engineers for its Kingfisher operations in Uganda. This is a field/site-based role requiring deployment to remote locations, suitable for fresh graduates of 2025-2026 with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. The role involves working in teams under supervision, supporting inventory and materials management, reporting and documentation, and adhering to HSE and QC/QA standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mining, Geological, Chemical, Software Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines from a recognized university
• Fresh graduate 2025-2026
• Individuals holding a valid local driving license from Uganda have an added advantage
• Basic understanding of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) requirements and safe working practices
• Willingness to work in field/site environments, including remote locations
• Ability to work in teams and strong willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work under supervision
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• Good inventory and materials management skills
• Knowledge of QC/QA standards and procedures
• Basic emergency response and safety awareness
• Good administrative and technical support skills
• Fluency in English and local languages; Runyoro, Alur, Luganda is mandatory
