Job Details
Medsafe Hospital, a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing quality care and improving health outcomes, is seeking a Head Clinical Services based at Lungujja – Zone 8, Kampala. This is a full-time position (8 work hours) responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care, managing the clinical team, strategic planning and operational management while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Manage and lead the clinical team
- Lead strategic planning and operational management of clinical services
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Foster a culture of excellence and innovation in healthcare delivery
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery
- Master's degree in Public Health, Family Medicine, or MBA in Healthcare Management is required
- Minimum of 5 years of professional clinical experience in a busy health facility
- Past experience in hospital management and a leadership role is highly desirable
- Fully registered and licensed with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC)
