Nexus Green Ltd is looking for a Head of People & Culture to lead its people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, develop leadership talent and build a high-performing culture that supports the company’s next phase of growth. The role is based in Kampala, Uganda on a full-time basis (8 hours). Bachelor’s degree required with 12 months experience.

- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (12 months)
- Experienced HR and People & Culture leader with strong expertise in organisational development, talent management, workforce planning and performance management
