Job Details
Nexus Green Ltd is seeking a Head of Technical Excellence to provide company-wide technical leadership, establish engineering standards, strengthen technical assurance and drive innovation, safety and quality across its infrastructure and EPC projects. The role is based in Kampala, Uganda and is full-time with 8 work hours per day. Nexus Green Ltd is a British company with a Uganda branch delivering affordable solar-powered solutions including solar-powered irrigation systems, solar street lighting, solar and battery storage, and full turnkey solutions. Base salary is not disclosed.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide company-wide technical leadership and establish engineering standards.
- Strengthen technical assurance and drive innovation, safety and quality across infrastructure and EPC projects.
- Manage multidisciplinary technical teams and deliver complex infrastructure, renewable energy, water or irrigation projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 12 months of experience required.
- Accomplished engineering leadership with experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, renewable energy, water or irrigation projects.
