About the Opportunity: Responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners to drive patient inflow to Norvik Hospital Limited.

• Reporting Line: Management / Marketing Team
• Work Mode: On-site with extensive field travel within assigned territory
• Target: Achieve monthly/quarterly referral targets set by management

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, clinics, nursing homes, and diagnostic centers
• Visit doctors/clinics regularly to promote hospital services, specialties, and doctor panels
• Identify new referral sources and expand the hospital's referral network
• Coordinate with hospital doctors and departments to ensure smooth patient handover from referring sources
• Organize CMEs, doctor meets, health camps, and networking events to strengthen partnerships
• Address referring doctors' concerns/feedback promptly to maintain long-term relationships
• Maintain a database (CRM) of all referral partners and visit schedules
• Achieve monthly/quarterly referral targets set by management
• Collaborate with the marketing team on referral incentive programs, brochures, and promotional material

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related health care field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in referral/field marketing; Hospital, diagnostic, or healthcare setting is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Skills & Competencies:
