Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach, examine and grade students
  • Supervise research for students
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Conduct research and community outreach activities

  • Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

  • PhD in Public Health
  • Masters of Public Health
  • An honors Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB or equivalent)
  • Applicants should not exceed 55 years of age at the time of application
  • Commitment to teaching, research and community service
  • Ability to write fundable proposals and conduct independent research
