Job Details

Ntake Bakery and Company Limited, part of Ntake Group, is hiring Merchandisers to ensure company products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and easily visible to customers in retail outlets and other points of sale. This is a full-time role based at Plot 24–30 Ring Road, Nalukolongo–Kampala, Kampala. The company is recruiting 2 positions for this role. Employment Type: Full-time, 8 Work Hours per day. Industry: Manufacturing / FMCG. Deadline: 2026-08-28.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Arrange and display products according to company standards.
• Ensure shelves and displays are adequately stocked.
• Monitor product availability and report stock shortages.
• Check product expiry dates and remove damaged or expired products where appropriate.
• Implement promotional and point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain good relationships with outlet owners and staff.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and submit merchandising reports.
• Ensure company brands receive maximum visibility.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 12 months (1 year) of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of merchandising, product display and retail operations.
• Ability to monitor stock, expiry dates and competitor activity.
• Strong relationship management and reporting skills.
• Motivated, results-driven and able to work across retail outlets.
