Job Details

Rangers Medical Centre is seeking a passionate, skilled and compassionate Midwife to join its busy maternity team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality maternal and newborn care while supporting expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, labour, delivery and the postnatal period.

• Duty station: Kijabijo-Lugala along Gayaza-Kalagi Road (near Kijabijo Trading Centre), Wakiso District
• Employment type: Full time (8 hours per day)
• Base salary: Not disclosed

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maternal and newborn care.
• Support expectant mothers throughout pregnancy, labour, delivery and the postnatal period.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Midwifery.
• Registered with the relevant professional regulatory body and in possession of a valid practising licence.
• Strong clinical skills in antenatal care, labour and delivery, postnatal care and emergency obstetric care.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Electronic Hospital Management Systems (EHMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
