Pesticide Sales Manager

Job Details

Fakulin Agriculture Ltd is seeking to recruit a Pesticide Sales Manager to cover Masindi, Mubende, Masaka and Jinja in Uganda. The role is field-based and responsible for driving pesticide sales, growing market share, and managing customer relationships in the assigned region.

• Duty Station: Masindi, Mubende, Masaka, Jinja, Uganda
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary & Benefits: Gross salary according to ability/sales target, plus airtime allowance and commission
• Policy: Must fully agree to and abide by the company’s cash sales policy

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect orders, maintain customer relationships, and solve customer complaints.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly seasonal sales targets in the target region.
• Develop and maintain strong market insight and competitor awareness within the assigned territory.
• Ensure compliance with cash sales policy and maintain professional sales ethics.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the target region with a competitor company (agrochemicals/pesticides experience preferred).
• Results-oriented, proactive, with strong market insight, good communication skills and professional sales ethics.
• Willingness to state expected salary, monthly sales target in season, and required company support to reach target.
