Grace Family Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to manage the safe and effective procurement, storage, dispensing, and use of medicines while providing professional pharmaceutical services to patients. This is a full-time position based at Banda - Nakisunga, Mukono District. The role ensures rational use of medicines and compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards. Work Hours: 8 hours per day.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately according to prescriptions.
• Provide patients with appropriate information on medication use, dosage, and possible side effects.
• Monitor medicine stocks, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
• Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records and documentation.
• Support procurement and inventory management.
• Promote rational and safe use of medicines.
• Monitor and report medication-related issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Degree or relevant professional qualification in Pharmacy.
• Valid registration and practicing licence with the relevant professional council.
• Previous pharmacy experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and patient-service skills.
• Minimum experience of 12 months preferred.
