Background: Uganda, together with Kenya and Tanzania, will host the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2027. The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) was constituted to work with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to oversee preparatory activities. The Ministry of Education and Sports on behalf of the LOC is recruiting suitably qualified Ugandans within the LOC, Ministry of Education and Sports, National Council of Sports, Federation of Uganda Football Associations and the Uganda Olympic Committee for the AFCON Secretariat.
Job Purpose: To conduct routine procurement and disposal functions for the Secretariat in accordance with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) procurement guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree required (Level of Education: bachelor degree as per posting)
Relevant working experience in procurement and disposal functions is required (proof of relevant working experience must be attached)
Knowledge of CAF procurement guidelines will be an advantage
