Procurement Officer - Acculife Pharma

Job Details

Acculife Pharma, a leading importer and distributor of pharmaceutical products based in Lukuli, Makindye, Kampala, is hiring a Procurement Officer on a full-time basis. The role is based in Kampala, Uganda and will support the procurement of pharmaceutical products and supplies, ensuring timely, cost-effective and compliant sourcing from approved manufacturers and suppliers. This is a healthcare/pharmaceutical industry role requiring CIPS qualification and pharmaceutical procurement knowledge. Work Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm). Base Salary: Not Disclosed. Industry: Healthcare. Reporting to Operations/Procurement management.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, Purchasing & Supply, or closely related field (required)
• CIPS qualification required, preferably Level 4 or above
• Pharmaceutical procurement experience is an advantage
• MUST BE A UGANDAN
• Minimum experience: 12 months (1 year) in procurement/supply chain role
• Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
