Job Details
Receptionist / Laundry Officer at Main Branch – Namuwongo. Employment Type: Full Time. Location: Namuwongo, Kampala. Salary: UGX 350,000 – 450,000 monthly + Commission attached on new clients. Must be flexible to sit at reception and help out in the laundry area and be proactive in getting new clients. Must reside in or around Namuwongo, Nsambya, Kabalagala, Muyenga.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, payments and bookings at reception
- Assist with laundry operations including operating washing machines, steaming machines and drying machines
- Must be flexible to sit at reception and help out in the laundry area
- Proactively get new clients (commission attached on new clients)
- Provide strong customer service and presentable friendly communication
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Must have experience in operating laundry machines
- Must reside in or around Namuwongo, Nsambya, Kabalagala, Muyenga
- Strong customer service and communication skills, presentable and friendly
- Flexible to work across reception and laundry area
- Proactive in client acquisition
