EBO SACCO Ltd is looking for suitable candidates, self-driven, highly motivated with proven integrity and excellent interpersonal skills to work as Relationship Officers in its various branches.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit new members to grow the SACCO's membership base.
• Drive portfolio growth by mobilizing and advancing credit facilities to potential clients.
• Manage portfolio quality while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Banking, Agrobusiness or any other related business course.
• Experience in credit management for a period of at least two years in a reputable financial institution.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, commitment and confidentiality.
• Should not be more than 30 years of age.
• Should be able to ride a motorcycle with a valid riding permit.
