Reddy's Pharma Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceutical products located in Kawempe, Kampala, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales team, drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. This is a Full Time position based in Kawempe, Uganda. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, expanding market share, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively and hold a valid driving license.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market share and achieve sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and management of credit risk.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 5 years and above experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or non-pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Valid driving license.
