Smart Foods Limited is seeking 2 motivated, confident and well-groomed Female professionals to join as Sales Merchandisers and Product Promoters. The roles involve field work and supermarket assignments across Uganda, educating customers on the health benefits of soy and coconut products, managing stock and displays, driving sales growth and building long-term customer relationships. Full-time position with base salary UGX 400,000 - 500,000 per month plus lunch, transport and attractive performance-based commissions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the health benefits of soy and coconut products
• Manage stock, prevent expiries and ensure attractive shelf displays
• Drive sales growth and support marketing and social media activities
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business
• Must have graduated between 2022 – 2025
• Fluent in English and Luganda with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Energetic, fast learner and professional brand representative
• Ready for field work and supermarket assignments
• Well-groomed female professionals preferred
