Sales Representative - RentHommie (Zentara Holdings)

Role Overview

Zentara Holdings Company Limited is recruiting a Sales Representative to join the RentHommie team — our digital property marketplace app that connects tenants directly with property owners and managers across Uganda. The successful candidate will grow quality property listings, connect tenants with trusted homes, and strengthen our digital real-estate presence in Uganda.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Outreach: Identify and engage property owners/managers to list their properties on RentHommie.
• Data Verification: Verify property details and ensure accurate listings.
• Social Media Management: Manage RentHommie social media platforms and create engaging content.
• Marketing: Promote the RentHommie app through field and digital marketing activities.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support to property owners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification in a business-related course.
• Bachelor's degree (Level of Education).
• 6 months of relevant experience.
• Experience in estate marketing or property sales is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge and skills in social media and content creation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and confident.

• Work Hours: 8 hours daily
• Reports to: Operations Manager
• Work Location: Nansana Pearl Bank Building (Hybrid – Field Based)
• Working relationship: Chief Systems Officer, marketing team
