Sales Representative (Commission-Based)

Job Details

Aquantuo is seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives to support outreach and business development efforts in Kampala, Uganda. This is a part-time, field-based engagement with daily facilitation (not full-time) and commission-based compensation. Location: Kampala, Uganda. Flexible working arrangement with attractive commission on successful sales/leads.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field activities to promote the organization's products/services
• Identify and generate new leads through direct engagement and outreach
• Convert prospects into clients through effective sales techniques
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
• Provide regular feedback on market trends and customer needs

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• High School Certificate required
• Minimum 6 months experience; previous experience in sales, marketing or customer engagement is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be based in Kampala, Uganda
