Uganda Tea Corporation Limited (UTCL) is seeking a Security Supervisor to join their team in Lugazi, Buikwe District. UTCL is located along the Kampala-Jinja Highway near Lugazi Municipal Council, approximately 48 kilometers from Kampala City and 40 kilometers from Jinja, opposite Mt. St. Mary's College Namagunga.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of security guards
• Investigate security incidents, report risks, and implement corrective actions
• Supervise, schedule, and support security personnel
• Conduct boundary inspections and report encroachments
• Maintain secure company boundaries and security records
• Communicate management directives and perform duties as assigned by the Security Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• A' Level certificate with past experience in security role, preferably ex-soldier or ex-police officer
• Ability to enforce compliance and maintain discipline
• At least two years' experience in the same role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for monitoring
