Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead statutory tax compliance by preparing and submitting VAT, PAYE, WHT, and other regulatory filings accurately and on time.
• Strengthen internal controls, review financial reconciliations and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support financial reporting by reviewing manufacturing costs, inventory movements, audit processes and identifying areas for cost and process improvement.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field and completed all CPA levels.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, compliance or financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial environment.
• Expertise in statutory tax compliance, financial controls and analytical problem solving.
