Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake product deployment and configuration of communication services products.
• Prepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests.
• Work with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues.
• Maintain and update solution documentation.
• Provide feedback to R&D with possible enhancements to the portfolio.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and share insights to enable customer competence building.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Proven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
• UDM Portfolio knowledge: EDA, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of provisioning flows to Customer CRM systems, OCS, UDM, and IMS nodes — across both Ericsson and third-party vendors.
• Strong communication and language skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build professional networks.
• Adaptability and innovation mindset.
• Strong planning, organizing, and result-delivery skills.
• Additional knowledge of programming is a plus.
• Prior experience working within Ericsson's organizational structure and service delivery ecosystem is considered a strong advantage.
