Key Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning & Sanitation

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas.
• Dispose of waste according to hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation areas at all times.

Kitchen Support

• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Support kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are well maintained.

Compliance

• Follow food safety and workplace health regulations.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Certificate in Hospitality or relevant training is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or cleaning is preferred (minimum 12 months).
• Cleaning and sanitation skills.
• Teamwork and reliability.
• Time management and attention to detail.
