Liberty Life Assurance Uganda, regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda (IRA), is seeking Unit Managers to be based in Kampala, Mbarara or Jinja. The role is responsible for building and leading a sales team, growing the customer base and managing client portfolios. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead and manage Sales Agents
- Grow the customer base and drive sales performance
- Support client servicing and manage client portfolios
- Coordinate sales activations and field activities
- Ensure effective team management and achievement of sales targets
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of three years' sales experience
- Experience managing a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance is an added advantage
