Key Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables where required.
• Present menus and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Dining Operations

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Team Support

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
• Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.
• Uphold company service standards and hospitality practices.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service is an added advantage (minimum 12 months preferred).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and professional appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure.
